Crazy Week!

Hello everyone, how are you all?

This week was kinda a crazy weird week. So one of the sisters in my zone had to go home for medical reasons. So we are in a trio. We are also temporarily Triple covering!! It's super crazy. And it's been super hectic.

Also this week I went to a baptism of a girl that I began teaching in Gridley. It was so wonderful! There were so many people they had to remove the chairs for standing room only. It was crazy! I am so proud of her and her decisions.

Anyways talk to you next week!

Today's Email

Okay, sorry everyone I didn't email last week, it was transfers and I drove Sister Biernesser down to the mission office because she was going home.
It was really sad to see her go, but her time was up. Plus she is having so much fun back at home now haha.

Well I have a new companion, and it's Sister Saxey!!!! For those of you who don't know, me and Sister Saxey are best friends.  We were in the MTC together. She is so amazing and I am having so much fun!

Also this past week was Bud's baptism!!!!! It was so wonderful! We only expected about 25-30 people but there ended up being closer to 50! It was so great to see the support from the ward. Bud is so awesome!!! We were talking to him after he was baptized and we asked him how he felt and he said that he was still excited haha. We will probably start teaching his son here soon as well!

Also, last week we had Elder Packer, from the 70 come to our mission!
It was really cool. He is so amazing. He talked to us about faith, obedience, motivation, revelation and a lot of other stuff. It was so cool to have him there!

Well I don't know what else to say, so here are some pictures.

I love you all!!!! Have a good week!

This May be One of the Longest Emails from Sis. Lloyd Yet!

Hey everyone!
How's it going? Oh, this week we picked up a new investigator! She is amazing! She called us! She called and asked to take the lessons and when we met with her we invited her to be baptized, and she said that she would love it and couldn't think of anything better! Super cool.
Bud is another investigator who is on date for the 21st. He is super cool and has a strong testimony.
Also this week we went on exchanges so I was up in Redding. We went to see a woman in the hospital and for the most part she is incoherent. The words we could understand were sad... She said that she knew she was dying and she was scared. It was really sad she is almost 90 and has no family here. We couldn't really have a conversation with her so we read her some scriptures John 14. Then we just went through the hymn book and sang to her. We sang Be Still My Soul and she started tearing up. It was really sad because there was nothing we could do for her.
Also our beautiful friend Sierra moved to Utah this week! We were said to see her go, but hope she will have fun!
Anyway, I hope everyone has a good week! Remember that God loves you!

This is Sister Biernesser haha she has to do "my plan" before she goes home in 2 weeks.
