Hello everyone!
So Auburn is super fun! I love it. It's all forest-y and we have a family of deer as neighbors. They are so cute.
It's been raining a lot lately, and we had a thunder/lightning storm for the FIRST time on my mission! It was the greatest thing ever!
So I'm really sorry I haven't emailed in a while. I'm kinda lazy and it's getting to the point that I don't know what to write.
Yesterday we had a miracle happen! We were sitting in church and our zone leaders texted us and said we were going to have a baptism next week (with we didn't have any plans and we didn't know what they were talking about) so after sacrament meeting, we went outside and called them. Turns out there was a girl that came to their ward with a friend and walked up to them and said she wanted to be baptized, and she wanted to be baptized next week!!! She had just spent a week with a friend (who is a recent convert) at BYU-I, and she was taught the first 3 lessons there and knew it was true. CRAZY!!! We have our first meeting with her tonight. So I am super excited! I'm still trying to figure out if it's real or not.
Also yesterday we were driving to dinner but we were a little early so we saw two guys walking down the street and I said to my companion (half-jokingly) I have always wanted to just roll down the window hand someone a book of Mormon and then drive away. Sister Bodily said let's do it so we made a loop and stopped and rolled down the window and we handed the book of Mormon to the two guys (they were kinda punks) and told them we were missionaries and told them about the book. And we also gave them pass along cards for the new easter initiative. (If you haven't seen it go on mormon.org right now and watch it) they asked some questions. Half of them were jokingly and half were serious. We answered their questions and then left. It was so fun and I want to do that more often. It made my day.
So Ya that's the miracles that have happened since being in Auburn! I hope you all have a wonderful week! I love you all!
